The Community Loan Center of Arizona recruits local employers to offer this benefit to their employees as part of their employee benefit's package. This benefit comes at no cost to the employer, and once signed-up as a participating employer, their employees have the opportunity to utilize this benefit at any time through our convenient online portal.

How it Works
An employee will apply for a loan through our convenient online portal in which case you (the employer) will need to verify employment for that employee, which will also be done through the portal. Here, you can access your employees who are borrowing money, verify employment, and set up automatic payroll deduction. Once employment is verified and approved, we send you the employee's loan repayment schedule and you set up the automatic payroll deduction.
